  • Supplier Development Manager (shanghai)

    Job Responsibilities Develop selected suppliers with targets of quality/cost/delivery, in order to improve the supply chain by implementing lean management system.

    1. Conduct supplier development project according to BU purchasing strategy by means of lean management system.
    2. Cooperate with Global head coach to develop and standard supply chain modle. Job Requirements
    3. Good knowledge in Lean Production and cross functional project management skills and experiences
    4. Min. 4-5 years working experiences in mechanical manufacturing company, in quality field or logistic experiences preferred

    Job Responsibilities

    1. To measure the quality performances of the organization, ie. Customers’ Complaints, Returned Materials Authorization (RMA), etc. against set targets.
    2. To interface with customers on products’ quality requirements and ensure that quality requirements are follow to ensure customer satisfaction.
    3. To prepare necessary documentation required by customers.
    4. To establish inspection criteria and set quality standards for both raw materials and finished goods.
    5. To call for Materials Review Board (MRB) for non-conforming raw materials and finished goods and follow thorough to disposition.
    6. To initiate and follow up on all correction action requests for all stages of production and highlight to management areas of concern.
    7. To handle customers’ complaints and verify customer returns and feedback to concerned parties in timely manner
    8. To liaise with suppliers on incoming material quality issues.

    Job Requirements
